DENVER -- Andrew Nembhard came off a high traffic screen from Isaiah Jackson and pulled up in rhythm for a 3 over the outstretched hands of Nuggets point guard Jalen Pickett, and Denver decided it had to call a timeout before things got really out of hand.
With Nembhard's 3-pointer the Pacers had scored 14 points in less than three minutes to start the third quarter and had done so by knocking down each of their first four field goals of the half to go with five free throws. After a first half in which they trailed by 19 points they found themselves within three.
