Thanksgiving is just a matter of weeks away.
And while the holiday is founded in history and gratitude, we all know it’s really all about the food .
In recent years, Campbell’s — they of soup fame — has sent out a Thanksgiving report focusing on side dishes via press release. This includes both national food trends and state-level.
One of those state-level factoids involves each’s favorite side. Pennsylvania’s was found to be stuffing/dressing, the same as it was in last year’s report .
“Stuffing/Dressing reigns supreme in 42 states and continues to be America’s most loved side,” the release reads. “Whether baked inside the bird or served up in a casserole dish, it’s the dish no Thanksgiving table feels complete without.”
Second place with nine states total went to mashed potat
