‘Carney has the power to stop this’

Mark Carney is touted as the smartest prime minister we have ever had. If so, he will put an end to his party’s attempt to convince Conservative MPs to “cross the floor” and give the Liberals a majority.

Crossing the floor is not new, nor are there any rules against it. However we live in different times, and what was done in the past isn’t necessarily good for the present.
