PHOENIX (AZFamily) — One person is dead, and two others are hurt after a shooting in west Phoenix on Sunday morning.

At about 5 a.m., first responders were dispatched to the area of 27th Avenue and McDowell Road on a reported shooting.

Officers arrived and found one man dead and two others suffering from a gunshot wound, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Arizona’s Family news crews witnessed police taping off the crime scene outside of a warehouse. Investigators were also taking photos of a parked pickup truck. No major road closures were reported.

Detectives remain on the scene, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities say there is no danger to the community.
