Now they’ve got a date with another team trying to will themselves back into the playoff picture in the Baltimore Ravens.

Can the Vikings beat the Ravens and keep the needle pointing upward, or will they remain in football purgatory?

Brandon Warne: I’m a 75, but I’ll be a 100 if they beat the Ravens. I’ve believed in the talent all along — hey, by the way, go check who was the only one to pick them to win last week — but talent will only take you so far. A statement win over the Ravens — after a big one against the Lions — will have me planning parade routes.

Christopher Gates: I’m hesitant
