Beware, we're recapping Nikki Glaser's "Saturday Night Live" monologue, which includes jokes about sex trafficking, rape, murder and child molestation.
Nikki Glaser is never one to hold back in her comedy, and she's not about to start now.
While making her "SNL" hosting debut on Nov. 8, the comedian delivered a provocative monologue that shocked viewers with dark jokes about sex trafficking and pedophilia.
"Here I am in New York City: Epstein's original island," she said at the start of her stand-up set.
Glaser joked about how it's cultural appropriation for white people to "paint their skin a different color" by getting spray tans before moving into the "boring" experience of going to a nail salon.
"You can go to the nail salon with a friend, but you get separated at the border. They do not let you sit next to each other," she joked, adding, "You can't talk to the woman doing your nails, because slavery? I don't know. She seems stuck and sad."
Glaser then said that she has recently become "obsessed with slavery" after seeing posters "asking you if you're being trafficked" in women's bathroom stalls.
"They're in every stall. They're in every world language," she said. "I mean, English is really tiny, and it's like, 'You wish.' Men's restrooms do not have these signs. I don't know what signs you have. Do you have signs that are like, 'Want a slave?' "
Glaser also joked that while her younger friends are terrified of being trafficked, "That was not a fear of mine ever in my 20s. In my 20s, I just feared good old-fashioned rape. I didn't think it would be a career."
Glaser went on to joke about how she's "certain" her boyfriend "will murder me some day" and recalled asking her sister if she was OK with her 4-year-old nephew wanting to shower with her. "I was like, 'What if I molest him?' " Glaser said. "She was like, 'Would you?' I was like, 'No! I would never. That's disgusting. But that's what I'd say if I was gonna.' "
"How do you become a pedophile? You don't get to choose what you're into, dude," she added. "What if it's one of those things you don't know you like until you get in there, and you're like, 'Well, this is my thing.' "
Glaser's monologue received mixed reactions among "SNL" viewers. Fans of her comedy applauded Glaser for not being afraid of going to some dark places, as others objected to the edgy material.
"Kudos to her for not watering down her act for 'SNL,' " one YouTube comment read, while on Instagram, another viewer wrote, "Pedophilia jokes are unequivocally disturbing and unnecessary."
Glaser helped establish herself with popular appearances on Comedy Central roasts, during which she was known for shocking jokes about subjects like suicide and the Casey Anthony murder trial. In 2024, her stand-up set was widely considered to be the highlight of Netflix's roast of Tom Brady.
In January, Glaser made her debut as host of the Golden Globe Awards. While her monologue was tamer than the material she has performed on roasts, it included a joke about Diddy being arrested on sex trafficking charges, with the comedian joking that as a result, the "after-party's not going to be as good this year."
Glaser is set to return as host of the 2026 Golden Globes in January.
