SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - The Shaker Heights Police Department is looking for a suspect after officers were called to investigate a disturbance at a party Friday night.

According to a Shaker Heights Police Department Facebook post, officers responded to a disturbance call at a party near Avalon Road and Winslow Road.

While officers were investigating, one person left the scene in a car and later fled on foot.

Police said the person who fled has been identified, and officers are working to locate him.

According to the post, he is not considered a danger to the community.

The Shaker Heights Police made the post to clarify any concerns, “We wanted to clear up some concerns about an incident that took place Friday night,” the post read.
