BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football is ranked at No. 2 for a fourth straight week in the US LBM Coaches Poll .
The Hoosiers (10-0, 7-0 Big Ten) escaped Beaver Stadium with a 27-24 victory over Penn State after squandering a 13-point lead in the fourth quarter. They needed a 10-play, 80-yard drive in the final minutes to remain undefeated and match the best start in program history.
Indiana is one of three undefeated Power Four teams (Ohio State and Texas A&M) left in the country. BYU dropped off the list thanks to a 29-7 loss to Texas Tech. The Buckeyes retained the top spot in this week's coaches poll while the Aggies remained at No. 3.
