WHITE HALL, W.Va. (WBOY) — No one was injured in the single vehicle accident that occurred in White Hall early Sunday morning, but one person was taken into custody.
According to a Facebook post by the Valley Volunteer Fire Department, at 4:25 a.m. emergency crews were alerted to a single vehicle accident in which a car had ended up on its roof on the I-79 southbound exit, or the 132 mile marker.
When Marion County deputies arrived they declared that all occupants were out of the vehicle. Patients were assessed and no injuries were reported, however the driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for an unknown reason.
Firefighters worked to clean up fluid and debris from the scene, in addition to cutting up a large piece of damaged guardrail that was sticking out into the roadway.
