Leh, Nov 09: In a significant move to strengthen the reading culture and digital learning infrastructure, the Union Territory of Ladakh is set to expand and modernise its library network. The administration plans to establish a series of Model Libraries equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and digital access points across both Leh and Kargil districts.

The initiative aims to transform traditional libraries into vibrant digital learning centres equipped with modern infrastructure, technology-driven resources, and inclusive reading spaces.
