Srinagar, Nov 09: The Jammu & Kashmir Police contingent brought pride to the Union Territory as it performed at the National Unity Day celebrations held at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the ceremonial salute at the iconic Statue of Unity.

Director General of Police, J&K, Nalin Prabhat (IPS) attended the national event and visited the contingent on the same day, appreciating the dedication, training, and professionalism displayed by the officers and personnel representing Jammu & Kashmir on the national stage, a police spokesperson said in a statement issued here.
