Here come the Keydets.
Missouri men’s basketball will play its third game of the 2025-26 season on Sunday afternoon at Mizzou Arena, where the Tigers will take on Virginia Military Institute to continue their nonconference slate.
Mizzou (2-0) had to come from behind to win its last game, overturning a five-point deficit at the half to avoid an upset against Southeast Missouri State 89-84 on Friday night in Columbia.
That was the Tigers’ first home game of the season after beating Howard on the road in Washington to open the new campaign.
VMI (2-0) remained unbeaten through two games this season with a road win at Southern Indiana. The Keydets, who play in the Southern Conference, are led by 6-foot-7 forward TJ Johnson, who has averaged 25.5 points through two games this season. Ne
