LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
An apartment caught fire in Bashford Manor Saturday night, according to the Louisville Fire Department.
Around 8 p.m., LFD was dispatched to reports of a residential fire in the 2000 block of Goldsmith Lane.
When they got there, crews found a two-story apartment building with the second floor of the apartment on fire.
It took 30 firefighters less than 20 minutes to get it under control.
Firefighters rescued one occupant of the apartment; they were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their current condition was not provided.
