Low voter turnout wasn't a concern for these Quebec towns on Nov. 2

While Montreal reported a voter turnout of 37 per cent in the municipal elections, more than 78 per cent of the registered voters in the 500-person South Shore suburb of Calixa-Lavallée showed up.
