Walmart and Sam’s Club in West Florissant evacuated, avoid area, police say

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A Walmart and Sam’s Club are being evacuated Sunday afternoon, according to Ferguson Police.

In a social media post , Ferguson Police stated the Walmart and Sam’s Club on West Florissant Avenue have been evacuated and are asking for members of the public to avoid the area.

“Ferguson Police and Fire are assisting in the evacuation of both Walmart and Sam’s Club stores on West Florissant Avenue,” the social media post stated. “Please avoid this area until further notice.”
