New York Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart was taken out of his team's Week 9 road game against the Chicago Bears at the beginning of the fourth quarter to be evaluated for a possible concussion, FOX Sports sideline reporter Pam Oliver reported during the game's live broadcast.
Veteran backup Russell Wilson took over at quarterback in Dart's absence. Wilson began the year as the Giants' starting quarterback before being replaced by Dart ahead of their Week 4 win against the Los Angeles Chargers.
