Quarterback Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion during Sunday's game against the Bears in Chicago.
Russell Wilson made his first appearance since Week 6 and replaced the rookie to start the fourth quarter, with the Giants leading 17-10 at the time.
Before the concussion, Dart completed 19 of 29 passes for 242 yards. He also ran six times for 66 yards, scoring both of the Giants' touchdowns on the ground.
Dart became the first quarterback in NFL history with a touchdown run in five consecutive games, breaking a tie with Cam Newton (2011).
