‘Even by Browns standards this is embarrassing’: How social media reacted after Cleveland’s loss to the Jets

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns lost in the rain on Sunday, 27-20 , to a Jets team that had only won one game prior to Sunday.

The special teams gave up both a kickoff return touchdown and a punt return touchdown in the first quarter.

On offense, Dillon Gabriel threw for 167 yards and two touchdowns. But he was sacked six times, and the Browns scored just three points in the second half.

With the loss, the Browns fall to 2-7 as they host the Ravens, winners of three straight, in Week 11. It’s the first of three home games in a four-week stretch for the Browns.
