Both ruling and Opposition blocs made last-minute appeals to voters and highlighted key promises as campaigning for the second phase of the Bihar Assembly election for 122 constituencies ended on Sunday (November 9, 2025). Voting for the 122 seats will be held on Tuesday (November 11).

Union Home Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Amit Shah addressed public meetings in Sasaram and Arwal. Targeting the Mahagatbandhan (Grand Alliance) over “infighting”, he said there was “no vacancy for the Chief Minister post in Bihar”.
