HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Firefighters saved a cat from a roof in Hartford on Sunday afternoon.
Crews said the cat had fallen from an open window onto a roof on Franklin Ave.
The cat’s owner reportedly came to the Engine Co. 10 firehouse for help.
As a result, the pet was safely rescued and reunited with her owner, according to the fire department.
“Firefighters don’t only save cats from trees… sometimes it’s rooftops too," Hartford firefighters wrote on Facebook.
