Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (14) celebrates a touchdown against Washington Commanders during the first half at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Md. on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

US President Donald Trump made headlines on Sunday by attending the NFL clash between the Washington Commanders and Detroit Lions, and one NFL star decided to celebrate a score with what is sure to be a Trump-approved dance.

Lions' wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown hauled in a touchdown pass against the Commanders in the first quarter of Sunday's game to put his team up 14-3, and after safely securing the score, he decided to celebrate and bring President Trump in on the fun.

St. Brown quickly hunted down the presidential suite in the Commanders' stadium, where Trump was taking in the action before pointing directly at the President. He then proceeded to pump his arms back and forth while dancing, a move which Trump has been famously captured on video doing himself.

With the game still underway as this article was written, St. Brown had managed to rack up five receptions for 58 yards on Sunday, with one of those catches providing him with his viral moment. Trump's appearance at the Commanders' game came just days after his name was placed on the new stadium being built for the team.

"That would be a beautiful name, as it was President Trump who made the rebuilding of the new stadium possible," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told ESPN on Friday.
