HOUSTON – Family and friends of 24-year-old Da’vion Perry are remembering his life.
The Houston man was among three people killed in a suspected drunk driving crash in Southwest Houston last Sunday.
Houston police said a driver identified as Tony Oliver ran a red light and T-boned into another car.
The three people in that car, including Perry, were killed.
“My baby was robbed of time with her dad,” said Chandra Chapron, who was Perry’s girlfriend and the mother of their child. “She’s not gonna remember his voice, remember his face. I have to make her remember him. That’s not okay.”
On Sunday, dozens of loved ones gathered at Townwood Park for a balloon release in his honor.
