Jordan Walsh only had six points on Sunday night as the Boston Celtics beat the Orlando Magic on the road, but it was nonetheless a game to remember for Walsh, and one that might end up being a turning point for his career in hindsight.
With the shot clock winding down on the Celtics late in the fourth quarter, Walsh swished a clutch dagger three from the corner with just 14 seconds remaining to extend Boston’s lead the five, effectively winning the game for the C’s.
It was the biggest shot of Walsh’s career thus far, and his teammates couldn’t have been happier for him as he made his way back to the bench after an Orlando timeout.
