The city of Santa Fe plans to mark Veterans Day with a ceremony from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center.

The event will feature patriotic music by the Santa Fe Concert Band and Community Orchestra Choir, a drill team exhibition by the San Diego Naval Base Drill Team, and remarks from community leaders including state Veterans Services Cabinet Secretary Jamison Herrera and Mayor Alan Webber, according to an Instagram post from the city.

New Mexico residents who are veterans or active-duty military can visit the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs' 16 museums and historic sites for free Tuesday, as can their spouses and children.
