Ukrainian strikes disrupted power and heating to two major Russian cities near the Ukrainian border, Russian officials reported Sunday. The report comes as Russia and Ukraine have traded almost daily assaults on each other’s energy infrastructure, and US-led diplomatic efforts to stop the war have not advanced.

Meanwhile, Moscow reiterated that President Vladimir Putin has not ordered a nuclear test and Russia remains committed to the moratorium on testing this weapon of mass destruction, days after US President Trump’s statement on nuclear weapons’ tests.
