A new video showing inmates at Bengaluru Central Jail partying with liquor, fruits, and snacks has emerged, drawing flak from people and political parties alike.

The video, which follows previous clips of VVIP treatment for other high-profile inmates, shows a party-like setup with liquor in disposable glasses, plates of cut fruits, and fried peanuts. In the footage, inmates are seen dancing while others bang utensils to create music.

This occurred hours after the government reprimanded officials over earlier security lapses, including video of a suspect in terror activities using mobile phones and watching television inside the prison.
