VULCAN — St. Barbara’s Women’s League of Vulcan will host its annual Hunters’ Bake Sale and Fall Basket Raffle extravaganza Thursday through Saturday in the parish hall.

The sale will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and again after the 6 p.m. Mass on Saturday. It will feature a wide variety of homemade pies, cookies, sweet breads, coffee cakes, as well as other treats. Home-canned items will be available.

There will also be a limited amount of their famous polenta for sale.

Everyone is encouraged to come and take a chance at winning one of the raffle baskets. Tickets are available at the pre-inflation price of $1 each or six tickets for $5. Proceeds will be used to support local charities.

To enter the hall, use the entrance on the lower level adjacent to Main Street.
