CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Monday is a First Alert Weather Day due to impacts from the first snowfall of the season.

Snow is expected to fall during the morning commute with feel-like temps plunging into the 20s across the Tri-State, according to the FOX19 NOW First Alert Weather Team.

The snow could be heavy at times, leaving up to an inch for most of us and 2 inches possible in some spots.

The timing of the snow Monday morning could cause travel problems.

Bridges and overpasses could be slick for your ride into work or school, the weather team says.

Road pavement remains warm so that should help reduce but won’t totally prevent slick spots.

Our northern counties could see up to an inch of accumulation, but it will quickly melt.
