ORLANDO, Fla. – The chill has started early in Florida. First for Halloween , and now in early November.

So does this mean the winter of 2025-26 will be a cold one in Central Florida?

Not so fast.

If you’re a fan of the cool weather, the first half of winter will likely be your best bet to feel some.

From an average temperature perspective, December will likely be pretty close to average with a couple of bouts of cold air counteracted by the return of unseasonably warm air.

By the time the middle of January rolls around, the warmth looks to takeover and not let go.

The above-normal temperatures likely surge into February.
