Davina McCall took to social media this weekend to reveal her cancer diagnosis, crediting an ITV Lorraine campaign for reminding her to check for lumps and helping her identify abnormalities. ‌

"We're so so sorry she's had to go through that," began Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show today, before speaking with the founder of her Change+Check campaign. ‌

"It has been caught so early, which is wonderful," she added, lauding the nationwide campaign that has been running for six years, which Lorraine said was one of her proudest achievements during her tenure at ITV. ‌

In a bid to raise awareness, the campaign has formed a choir, climbed the o2, and Lorraine even participated in a semi-nude photoshoot earlier this year.
