OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - It’s a cold morning in the 20s and a few teens and it will be tough to warm all that much later today. This will easily be the coldest day of the week for everyone. Highs in the upper 30s are well below average.
A light northwest wind will become southwest later this afternoon and should be no stronger than 15 mph.
We’ll dip to near 30 degrees for a low rather early tonight, likely before midnight. Then the clouds will increase and we’ll warm into the mid 30s by Tuesday morning.
That will set the stage for a much warmer afternoon as the clouds decrease. Warmer will be the story the rest of the week too. Highs near 70 are likely by the weekend.
It should be a rather uneventful week as well with the next chance of rain arriving Saturday night into Sunday.
