Judge: Value of previous victim’s testimony ‘outweighs unfair prejudice’ to Alma defendant in upcoming sexual assault trial

VAN BUREN -- Prosecutors will be allowed to introduce testimony from a previous victim of the defendant at an Alma man's trial related to sexual assault of a child later this month, court documents show.
