Fort Collins' long-awaited southeast community center now has funding and a design plan.
The City Council on Nov. 3 allocated funding for the facility, determining its scope, which has been scaled down some.
Funding for the facility was first approved by voters a decade ago in the Community Capital Improvement Program, also known as CCIP. It's the only item in the list of projects that hasn't yet been started.
