CLEVELAND, Ohio – TubaChristmas Cleveland, a tradition since 1997 and a fun ensemble of musicians playing holiday music, is scheduled for this month.

The performance, which features more than 50 tuba and euphonium players, is 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, at First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland.

The free concert features more than 50 area professional and amateur tuba and euphonium players as well as percussionists and vocal and instrumental soloists and an antiphonal (call and response) ensemble.

TubaChristmas was founded in 1974 by Indiana University professor Harvey Phillips. Hundreds are scheduled throughout the United States and several countries.
