1NEW YORK, N.Y. – A woman was found fatally stabbed early Monday morning inside a Harlem apartment, authorities said.

Officers discovered the victim with multiple stab wounds after responding to a 911 call on West 129th Street.

She was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in critical condition, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
