Tyler Adams and Sean Zawadzki have both withdrawn from the U.S. men's national team roster for upcoming friendlies against Paraguay and Uruguay.
Per U.S. Soccer, both players were withdrawn "due to injuries suffered in their club matches this past weekend."
LAFC midfielder Timothy Tillman has been called in as a replacement.
Adams was involved in a nasty head collision with Bournemouth teammate Adam Smith in Sunday's 4-0 defeat at Aston Villa.
Smith was removed from the game with a concussion, but Adams was allowed to continued. After the game, Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola said he was hopeful the USMNT midfielder didn't suffer an injury.
The November camp will be the second in a row that Adams has missed, as he was left off the October roster due to the birth of his son.
Zawadski played the full match on Saturday as the Columbus Crew's season ended in a 2-1 defeat against FC Cincinnati in game three of their MLS playoff series.
Per Yahoo Sports, Zawadski has a knee injury and is expected to make a full recovery in the coming weeks.
Tillman, the older brother of USMNT mainstay Malik, has earned one cap since he made a one-time switch from Germany in 2023, starting in a 1-0 defeat to Slovenia in January 2024.
The USMNT will face Paraguay on Saturday at Subaru Park in Chester, Pa. before taking on Uruguay at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. on Nov. 18.
