INDIANAPOLIS -- Tuesday is Veterans' Day. On Monday, Darrell Williams joined the FOX59 Morning News to talk about his story as a Veteran and how he is continuing to make an impact.
Williams was a master sergeant, led a security forces team and completed multiple deployments. At the end of last year, Williams was removed from service with him being in need of a new heart.
Williams officially retired in August after he underwent a heart transplant surgery. On Monday, Williams spoke about his journey, what drew him to the Folds of Honor organization and his message to Veterans.
