Hundreds of flights have been cut at 40 major U.S. airports as part of the Federal Aviation Administration's reductions because of the government shutdown.
The FAA is imposing the reductions to take pressure off air traffic controllers, who are federal employees and have been working without pay during the shutdown.
As part of the process, United Airlines is publicly posting a list of affected flights on its website. As of Monday morning, it showed which United flights have been canceled through Wednesday, Nov. 12.
