Veterans Day honors all those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, both living and deceased, in times of both war and peace. Here is an overview of celebrations and gatherings taking place this week to honor veterans and service members in the Treasure Valley.

CALDWELL VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION

Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall is hosting a celebration on Tuesday at 11 a.m. The city of Caldwell will be participating in the event and invites the public to join. There will be refreshments, guest speakers, and a tour of the hall, which is located at 1101 Cleveland Blvd.

MERIDIAN ROCK OF HONOR CEREMONY

A ceremony will be held at the Rock of Honor Veterans Memorial at Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park loc
