Newstead's 3 Olive Street, also known as Elphin House, sold on November 10, 2025, for $3.2 million, surpassing 6 Pen-Y-Bryn Place, which sold for $3 million on September 2.
Both are significant homes in the area, notable for their size and history.
Elphin House was built by the Dry Family as a secondary residence to Newstead's oldest home, The Elphin Farmhouse, around 1856.
