(Cleveland)-The City of Cleveland is upgrading its online bill-paying system, and in order to do so, the current system is shut down until November 14.
During this time, no credit, debit or tap to pay transactions will be accepted. Cash, check, and money order payments will still be accepted during this time.
City officials say a new and improved online bill-paying system will begin on November 14. The new system is faster, smoother, and more secure, according to city officials.
