AKRON, Ohio – Kid Chauffeur Express owner Sierra Young knows all too well the struggle of trying to work full-time and get her kids where they need to go.

“I either would have to leave work early or miss out on things,” Young, a Firestone High School graduate, told cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.

Young realized that other parents faced the same dilemma. So she left her corporate job in 2017 and started a ride service for children–Kid Chauffeur Express. The Akron-based business offers children ages 4-17 rides to and from school and to and from extracurricular activities–all day, every day, according to Young.
