CAMERON, La. (KPLC) - Jeff Davis Electric Co-op will have a scheduled power outage on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
The outage at the Fulton Substation starts at 8 a.m., JDEC said. It’s estimated to last 10 hours.
Customers in Cameron on Marshall Street, West Creole Highway, and Trosclair Road will be affected by the outage, Jeff Davis Electric said.
The outage is required to connect the substation to grid power using a newly constructed 230 kV line.
