SAVANNA, Ill. (KWQC) - The Savanna Police Department arrested two people in possession of methamphetamine and heroin.

Devon Brashaw is charged with possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver 15 to 100 grams, a class X felony, methamphetamine delivery, and violation of the Cannabis Control Act, possession with intent to deliver over 5,000 grams, a class X felony, according to a media release from police. Additionally, Kellie White is charged with possession of methamphetamine.

The charges against Brashaw and White stem from the following.

On Nov. 5, around 1:45 p.m., the Savanna Police Department executed a search warrant at 10919 U.S. Highway 52, leading to their arrests and seizure of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
