The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has referred more than 100 serious toll violation cases to the Attorney General’s Office for civil action over the past year as part of a new enforcement partnership aimed at holding chronic non-payers accountable.

The collaboration between the turnpike commission and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General adds another layer of enforcement for drivers who owe more than $12,000 in tolls and fees and have ignored standard collection efforts.
