Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit on Monday against the Jolt Initiative after an investigation from his office found that the nonprofit organization handed out instructions on how to register to vote to noncitizens outside of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
“The left constantly tries to cheat and rig elections because they know they can’t win honestly. Any organization attempting to register illegals, who are all criminals, must be completely crushed and shut down immediately,” Paxton wrote in a press briefing Monday morning.
