SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - On Friday, the Sioux City Community School District’s Board of Directors announced that on Monday, Nov. 10 , they would be holding a special meeting to consider action on the “leave status” of its superintendent, Dr. Juan Córdova
The special meeting is to start at 4:30 p.m., ahead of the normal school board meeting. Once it begins, KTIV will stream the meeting in the video player at the top of this article.
The board’s agenda stated they would go into a closed session to “evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.”
