LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- SNAP recipients in the state of Michigan should expect their full November benefits, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced Monday.

The health department has directed its SNAP EBT vendor to issue full payments starting Monday.

Those who receive their benefits on the ninth of the month should receive their benefits by Wednesday. Other recipients will receive their benefits on their usual day. Those who received their benefits on the third, fifth, and seventh should have received their benefits last week.

According to the state, around one million Michiganders receive SNAP benefits. The average SNAP household in Michigan receives around $335 in SNAP benefits each month -- which breaks down to around $173 per person per month or $5.68 per pe
