MADISON (WKOW) — A 39-year-old man who is the only survivor in a deadly crash on Madison's southwest side over the weekend remains in critical condition, according to an update Monday from police.
Three people and a small dog were killed in the single-vehicle crash , which happened just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday on the 6800 block of Cross Country Road.
According to the Madison Police Department , the group left an area tavern before getting in the vehicle and heading east on Cross Country Road at a high speed. The vehicle rolled, and all four people were thrown from their seats.
A 31-year-old woman, a 43-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were pronounced dead at the scene.
