California Gov Gavin Newsom has a ruthless new nickname for President Donald Trump after the president was apparently caught dozing at public events, the Independent reported.

Newsom’s press office account on X shared six photos of Trump nodding off at various occasions above the words “The Nodfather” in a gold font resembling the movie poster for classic gangster flick “The Godfather.”

“Saw this. had to share,” the social media post said.

Trump, 79, had trouble keeping his eyes open Friday during a televised event at the White House, where lower prices for weight-loss drugs were announced for those on Medicare and Medicaid.

Trump was filmed slouched in his chair with his eyes closed.

But the White House denied that the commander-in-chief took a snooze during the event.
